KALA force measurement

Force Testing Equipment for Load and Tension Measurement

Force testing equipment supports load, tension, compression and special measurement applications where stable sensor output and clear display are required.

Force measurement
Measure compression, tension or special force.
Application fit
Select suitable sensors and indicators.
Data support
Support test records and technical checking.
1. Bi-directional measurement principle

Unlike a standard compression Load Cell that only measures in one direction, an S-Type tension/compression sensor can measure both pull and push forces depending on how the connecting hook is mounted — suitable for tests requiring repeated direction changes.

2. Quality control applications

Commonly used to measure wire breaking strength, cap/lid opening force, spring compression force, or to test the strength of welded/glued joints in industrial production and laboratory settings.

3. Load Cell — choose according to your needs

4. Common functions
  • • Peak Hold value recording
  • • Force unit conversion (N, kgf, lbf)
  • • Data export via RS232/USB for analysis
  • • Alerts when a force threshold is exceeded
5. Selection recommendation

Choose a force gauge capacity about 20-30% higher than the maximum force you need to measure to avoid overload damage to the sensor, while still keeping good resolution within your typical measuring range.
