1. Principle and dosing process

Direct-gate bagging scales are used for granular or free-flowing powder products. Dosing is carried out in 3 stages to achieve both high throughput and accuracy: fast feed → slow feed → fine feed before bagging.

3. Load Cell & indicator

Uses genuine KALA, CASC, and Curiotec Load Cells combined with a digital indicator with self-check functionality, ensuring stable accuracy across thousands of bagging cycles per day. The system can also integrate a discharge conveyor to speed up packaging.

4. Built for demanding environments

A dust-protective housing works well even in mildly corrosive environments such as fertilizer plants — common conditions at agricultural, feed, and chemical processing facilities.
