1. Central processor

Uses an NXP LPC-1768 MCU (ARM Cortex-M3 embedded microcontroller, highly integrated, low power consumption) combined with a CS5530 signal processing IC — converting analog to 24-bit digital signal using a ΔΣ algorithm, with low power consumption and strong noise filtering.

  • • 24-bit A/D conversion module, 130,000 internal codes, 200Hz sampling rate
  • • Fuzzy filtering algorithm keeps readings stable under vibration
  • • EMC design for high noise immunity, suitable for industrial environments

  • • Connects up to 8 load cells at 350 Ohm
  • • RS232/RS485/Modbus ports — connect printers, computers, PLCs, remote displays
  • • Flexible large/medium/small/discharge/zero-set gate options for bagging processes
