1. Load-bearing structure

Frame built from high-strength structural steel or SUS304 stainless steel depending on the operating environment, distributing load evenly across the Load Cells to reduce localized stress and extend system life.

2. Vibration and interference resistance

The indicator uses digital filtering algorithms combined with a high-resolution A/D converter, keeping readings stable even with forklifts moving nearby, floor vibration, or electrical noise from surrounding equipment.

6. Selection recommendation

Do not select capacity based only on the heaviest item you need to weigh — factor in a safety margin, frequency of use, and operating environment. For humid environments or frequent water cleaning, prioritize SUS304 stainless steel frames combined with Load Cells rated IP68 or higher.
